Filming in Dock Road

On Wednesday afternoon, 16th April, an episode of The Bill was filmed in Dock Road.

Thieves Got Drunk And Caught

A while ago thieves (almost unheard of on the Dock) broke into the marina warehouse. They stole three outboard engines and put them in their motor vehicle. They then found, and drank, some beer and wine left over from a Brentford Cruising Club function. Driving away, they were stopped by the police for erratic driving and the outboard engines were returned to their owners.
