  • Thursday, 17 May: Quiz Night in the Residents’ Clubroom at 8 p.m. Price, including supper, to be announced on the day, £2 quiz only. Book supper with Jennifer Corbin (8568 1146 or jpcorbin195@btinternet.com) Before Monday, 14 May, but pay on the day and bring your own drinks. Please remember we need to order a minimum of 20 meals otherwise we have to collect.

  • Tuesday, 12 June: Ealing National Trust Association – Annual General Meeting, followed by a talk by Gill Rakes from the National Trust. (ENTA members free, visitors £3, pay at door) Liz Cantell Room, Ealing Town Hall, at 7.30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays, 13 and 27 June: Coffee Mornings - £1.50 - in the Residents’ Clubroom at 10.30 a.m.

  • Friday, 15 June: Brentford Dock Singers’ Summer Concert – in the Clubroom at 8 p.m. There will not be a charge, but a donation to the piano fund would be appreciated.

Brentford Dock Singers need some more voices to join a friendly, enthusiastic mixed group. We have fun, we laugh a lot but we do work hard. We give a concert on the Dock every summer and perform in the Christmas Carol Concert. The music is wide-ranging - light, classical and songs from the shows.

You don't need experience, just a voice, energy and commitment. If you think you would like to sing with us drop in to a rehearsal in the Residents' Clubroom (8pm on Monday evenings), or get in touch:

Watermans Art Centre, only 10 minutes walk from Brentford Dock and Brentford High Street, have a theatre, cinema, two gallery spaces, a media lab and a performance studio together with a riverside cafe, bar and restaurant.
